Refund and Cancellation Policy

Returns 

We at Linhart NYC want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may seek a return or a replacement within 30 days of purchase.

Returns at a Retail Store

If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets.

Returns to Linhart NYC

If you purchased a Linhart NYC product over the phone or from our website, please email one of our friendly customer service representatives michael@linhart.nyc. Linhart NYC reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable. Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned. Linhart NYC reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or items that may not have been purchased within the last year. A full refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase and items must be unused and in original packaging. We do not refund shipping cost and return shipping will be at the consumer’s expense.

Damaged Items or Our Error

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear. However, if any damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at michael@linhart.nyc

Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing us at info@linhart.nyc.

All subscriptions receive an e-mail prior to renewal. Once a subscription renews and processes as an order, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order. We can only cancel future subscriptions orders.

If more than 2 subscriptions have been ordered by a customer at more than 40% discount each, a third subscription will be allowed to process to avoid customers taking advantage of the subscription discount system.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@linhart.nyc and send your item to: 230 Park Avenue New York New York US 10169.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
